Do you accept submissions from outside authors?
At this time, Wright-Way Publications does not accept outside submissions. We publish only original works created by the Wright family. Our focus is on faithfully stewarding the messages, stories, and resources God has entrusted to our family — building a legacy of faith-centered books and products designed to encourage, equip, and inspire.
Do you help others publish their books?
Yes. While we do not publish outside manuscripts, we do offer educational resources and courses designed to help aspiring authors learn how to independently self-publish with confidence.

Are all of your books faith-based?
Many of our books are rooted in Christian faith and biblical principles. Some products, such as decorative journals or activity books, may not include direct Scripture but are designed with wholesome, uplifting themes aligned with our values.
Are your books available worldwide?
Yes. Most of our titles are available worldwide through Amazon’s international marketplace. Depending on your region, shipping options and delivery times may vary. Many of our titles are also offered as e-books for instant global access.

How do I access digital downloads or courses after purchase?
Digital downloads are delivered instantly upon purchase. You will receive immediate access on the confirmation page, and a download link will also be sent to your email for convenience.
For courses, you will receive a PDF containing your access instructions and unique enrollment code for the on-demand platform.
Are digital downloads or courses refundable?
Because digital downloads and course materials are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final. However, if you have any difficulty accessing your purchase, we are committed to helping you resolve the issue promptly.
Do you handle shipping directly?
Most of our books are fulfilled through Amazon, and all shipping, delivery timelines, and returns follow the retailer’s policies.
For select direct releases — including custom journals and relationship journals — orders are professionally printed and shipped through our fulfillment partners. Shipping timelines are clearly provided at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?

Are personalized journals refundable?
Personalized items are custom printed and made to order. Because of the customized nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
